Making contact
We will start to get to know you and talk about what happens if you already have an accountant. We’ll answer the question "How do you charge for your services”?

We will send you a proposal letter setting out the services we will provide and a letter of engagement. We’ll ask you to sign and return a slip confirming that you have read and agreed to our proposal.

Notify HMRC that we are now your agent as required whether you are an individual or in business. If you run a business, we will help you with your routine accounting tasks such as:
- Writing up accounts
- Payroll
- Accounting

If you are a private individual or run a business, we will
- Prepare final accounts and calculate tax payable
- Prepare tax returns
- Take care of approval and submission

We will ask you to review and approve our work.
